DESCRIPTION :
AI expansion kit developed specifically for Raspberry Pi5, based on Hailo-8 chip, with a computing power of up to 26TOPS. Onboard M.2 connector supports access to 2242 size SSD solid state drives, allowing for Raspberry Pi 5 to use NPU for AI computing tasks and perform other tasks. It is a high-performance, cost-effective solution for AI artificial intelligence development.
Onboard PCle connector, connect Hailo Al expansion board to for Raspberry Pi 5 through 16 PIN FPC soft cable, automatically detect Hailo AI module and make NPU available for AI computing tasks when for Raspberry Pi5 is running, and realize neural network inference accelerator.
Onboard M.2 M-Key interface, supporting NVMe protocol.
Support 2242 size SSD solid state drives. Supports SSD system to boot for Raspberry Pi 5, which is at least 8 times faster than TF card.
Supports expansion for AI computing tasks, and supports simultaneous processing of multiple streams and multiple models.
